1. Products and Services Offered
Pre-recorded online courses: access via a secure platform after full payment has been received.
Group lessons via video conferencing.
Masterclasses: live sessions via video conferencing.

3. Prices
All prices are shown in euros (€), including VAT (all applicable taxes included).
DAKO Academy reserves the right to change its prices at any time. However, products and services will be charged at the rates in force at the time the order is placed.
4. Orders and Payment
Customers may place orders directly through the official website.
Accepted payment methods: debit or credit card, or any secure payment solution offered at the time of purchase.
An order becomes final and binding once payment has been confirmed.
6. Delivery and Access to Products
Pre-recorded courses: access via a secure platform. A confirmation email will be sent after purchase.
Private lessons: a booking link will be sent after payment. The customer may choose an available time slot from the booking calendar.
Group lessons: a booking link will be sent after payment.
7. Cancellation and Refund Policy
Private lessons, Masterclasses and Conversation Sessions may be cancelled or rescheduled up to 24 hours before the scheduled start time. After this deadline, the session will be deemed to have taken place and no refund or rescheduling will be granted.
If a customer is absent from one or more sessions included in a group course subscription, no refund, credit or discount will be granted. However, subject to availability and the organisation of the courses, the Customer may be allowed to make up the missed session(s) by joining another group at the same language level (A1, A2, B1 or B2).
This option is granted solely at DAKO Academy's discretion. It does not constitute an entitlement and shall not give rise to any refund, compensation, extension of the course or transfer to a future course.
8. Customer Obligations
The Customer agrees to provide accurate information when placing an order and to use the products and services strictly for personal use.
Any unauthorised distribution, resale or sharing of videos or teaching materials is strictly prohibited.
9. Liability
DAKO Academy undertakes to provide access to the products and services ordered.
DAKO Academy shall not be held liable for any technical issues beyond its reasonable control (including internet outages, hosting provider failures, or similar circumstances).
10. Intellectual Property
All courses and teaching materials are protected by copyright.
Any reproduction, copying or distribution without prior authorisation is strictly prohibited.
11. Governing Law and Disputes
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with Belgian law.
In the event of any dispute relating to the interpretation, performance or validity of these Terms and Conditions, the parties agree to seek an amicable settlement before commencing any legal proceedings.
Failing such an amicable settlement, any dispute shall fall within the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the judicial district of Namur, subject to the mandatory provisions of Belgian law and the applicable consumer protection legislation.
